Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of each handcrafted bag, I do not accept returns or cancellations and each item is final sale.  

Please inspect each item carefully upon receipt and if any errors or flaws are present, please reach out within 14 days so that a resolution can be made.  I do take great care in making certain that each bag is well crafted and packaged carefully but there is always a possibility of something having been overlooked.
